Registration

Parents who wish to have their children embark on the wonderful learning adventures offered by Curiosity Club should do the following:

  • Contact Curiosity Club by phone (720-635-1735) or by email and reserve your space now!
  • Please read our Policy and Procedures.
  • To confirm your space, print, complete and mail-in the appropriate forms below with the appropriate payment.          *At this time we only accept cash or checks. 
  • If you need special payment arrangements please feel free to call Debbie at 720-635-1735.

CURIOSITY CLUB REGISTRATION

A once a week program offered in the morning (9:30-11:30) or the afternoon (12:45-2:45) on
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays.
These classes are booked by 8 week sessions for $180.  (There are 4 8-week sessions during the school year). 
Currently enrolled children get first priority for future sessions.

Forms Needed:
Registration Packet   Include payment for first session $180
 Medical Form (if your child has allergies or medical restrictions)

Cancellation policy:
If you cancel a session before the 1st class begins, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. 
If you cancel a session that is already in progress, the money is non-refundable.

MONDAY FUNDAY 2009-2010 & FRIDAY FUNDAY 2010-2011 REGISTRATION

MONDAY FUNDAY(2009-2010 School Year)
Monday classes are offered in addition to the our regular Curiosity Club in the morning (9:30-11:30) or the afternoon (12:45-2:45).  These  classes are individually priced at $23 and you can pick and choose the classes that best fit your child's schedule or interests.

A copy of the Monday Funday Schedule with dates & times highlighted.

Cancellation Policy: 
Payment for Monday Funday classes is due with the registration and there will be NO REFUNDS or substitutions for missed classes! Each class is $23.

SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION

SUMMER CAMP
Summer camp is offered in the morning (9:30-11:30) or the afternoon (12:45-2:45) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays.  There are 4 Fee Options for these classes. 
    Option A:  You can pick and choose the classes that best fit your child's schedule or interests $25 a class.
    Option B:  Buy 8 classes & get 1 class FREE!  $200 (SAVE $25)
    Option C:  Buy 16 classes & get 2 classes FREE! $400 (SAVE $50)
    Option D:  Full Summer Camp $500 (SAVE $100!!)

And a copy of the Summer Camp Schedule with the dates and times highlighted.
